Return & Refund Policy
Last Updated: April 2026Thank you for choosing Ayzal Digitech. Because we provide both physical products (Hardware, CCTV, Printer Cartridges) and digital services (Software, AMC), our policy is as follows:
1. Physical Hardware (CCTV, Computers, Printers)
- Returns: You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Defective Items: If hardware is found to be “Dead on Arrival” or defective, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement.
2. Software & Digital Services
- Custom Software: Refunds are not provided for custom software development once the project milestones have been approved and work has commenced.
- Subscription/AMC: Annual Maintenance Contracts can be canceled as per the terms of the individual contract, but pro-rata refunds are typically not issued for months already serviced.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered if:
- Project has not started
- Payment was made by mistake
- We are unable to deliver the service
4. Non-Refundable Cases
No refunds will be provided:
- After work has started
- For completed or delivered projects
- For change of mind
5. Partial Refund
In some cases:
- Refund may be provided based on completed work percentage
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours (if work not started)
7. Shipping Costs
For returns of non-defective hardware, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
8. Processing Time
Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
